Romaine Tuna Wraps!
These delectable wraps are perfect for when you're in the mood for something light and fresh for lunch. Similar to a tuna salad, it will make your mouth water.
Ingredients:
- half of a can of tuna
- 3 romaine leaves
- a handful of cherry tomatoes
- a handful of walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- Open the can of tuna. Scoop half out and save. Transfer the rest into a bowl.
- Put in the capers and walnuts. Mix.
- Chop the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Pour into bowl and mix.
- Place some of the mixture into leaf. Eat. Repeat.
